OVERVIEW

Kizen is a content management system that enables marketing professionals to automate and manage their leads. Over the course of several years and designers, the design system at Kizen became deprecated, leading to confusion from the dev team and inconsistent component use throughout the application. I assessed the design system as implemented, created a reusable design system in Figma, and documented it as a style guide to be used as a reference.

OBJECTIVE

Create a design system in Figma using the existing app components as a reference.

KEY RESULTS

• Decrease the time spent designing new features and designs

• Increase design consistency throughout the app

• Decrease the time spent developing new features by using reusable components
